Dissertation at the Chair of Digital Marketing

On January 19, 2021, Mr. Sebastian Hein successfully completed his doctorate and was awarded the academic degree Doctor Rerum Politicarum (Dr. rer. pol.).

Digitalization is significantly changing how people perceive their environment. In his dissertation "Understanding Consumer Perceptions in the Digital Environment", Mr. Hein addresses precisely the topic of consumer perception from quite different angles. Mr. Hein has succeeded in writing a solid dissertation that addresses an exciting, current topic and that impresses with its methodological pluralism. The topic of customer perception was illuminated or captured from very different angles in the thesis.
